About Us

Adventure Sixty North is a small Outdoor Adventure Center in Seward, Alaska offering a variety of outdoor trips and services from May – Sept every year. When we opened our doors in 2005, we had the dream to provide the ultimate Alaskan experience through unforgettable adventures. With humble beginnings, A60N was the first and only guiding company to offer winter guided tours into the Kenai Fjords National Park. A60N strives to continually and consistently provide quality services to remote and dynamic destinations in Resurrection Bay and the Kenai Fjords National Park. A60N has had the pleasure of working with a variety of media productions, governmental agencies, and educational entities, including the Discovery Channel, Weather Channel,  the Eisenhower War College, and President Obama’s visit to Exit Glacier in 2015. We are eager to share our little slice of heaven with you.  Read more about what makes us different here.

Our Guides

We take pride in the staff we hire; from year-round local guides, to guides who have traveled cross country to provide a safe and unforgettable experience for you. Our guides are all Wilderness First Responders and are ACA assessed sea kayaking level 2 or better, and we have several ACA sea kayaking instructors on staff. Our trips are run with the goal and intent to reduce risk and avoid exposure for injury for both, our guests and our guides, while providing a fun environment and a memorable Adventure!

Our Commitment to Our Community

Adventure Sixty North is proud to offer various kayaking trips for community support groups providing adaptive paddle gear and ACA adaptive paddle training for guides, annual kayaking multi day trips for the Kenai Peninsula Independent Living Center and Trails group of Seward, and support for the Wounded Warrior Program, and Make A Wish Organization. We also practice Leave No Trace wilderness ethics!
