Glenn loves being outside and is excited about helping others experience the beauty of the Alaskan wilderness!

Kayak Guide 2011
Jimmy McGee from St. Paul, MN. Ever since I can remember my family has been doing a lot of camping at campgrounds all across Minnesota.
Jimmy loves to see new places, try new activities, meet new people and gain new experiences.
A graduate of UMD’s Recreation, Outdoor-Education program he knew that guiding was something he wanted to try. Going to School in Duluth was a great place for me because of my outdoor interest. It gave me the opportunity to do a lot of hiking, skiing, kayaking, canoeing, and biking, boundary waters nearby for exploring, and not to mention the amazing scenery all around Lake Superior.
Wilderness First Responder.
Jimmy graduated from the University of Minnesota, Duluth in May 2009. From there I had an internship in Norway as an assistant sea kayaking guide. I had the summer of a lifetime!
" I am always looking for that next adventure, whether that be taking a bike ride somewhere around town or jumping on an airplane to some far off destination. I love being active and outdoors. I want to keep learning about the activities I do and improve and gain knowledge to make myself better as time goes by."
Proudly presenting your Adventure Sixty North Staff and Guides for 2011
